No-Fail Berry Pancakes

Frozen berries & cocoa make simple pancakes into a magical Sunday morning treat.

Recipes Ingredients:
12 frozen or cooked homemade pancakes (the size of a CD case)
1 1/2 cups defrosted, unsweetened frozen strawberries/berries
90 ml defrosted low fat dessert topping
2 tbsp cocoa powder
3/4 cup yogourt

Easy Directions:
  1. Warm up strawberries and pancakes in the microwave or on the stove top
  2. In a medium sized bowl, mix the last 3 ingredients until the cocoa powder is not lumpy
  3. Layer the berries and yogourt mixture
