One Pot Hearty Italian-Oli
It is easy to make over leftover ham with this fresh idea. 375 kcals:8 g fat:20 g protein:12 g fibre
Recipes Ingredients:2 medium onions, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder or jarred garlic

1 can diced tomatoes (540 ml)

1 can kidney beans, drained/rinsed kidney beans, drained/rinsed

1 cup whole wheat macaroni noodles

1 cup ham, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon dried herbs like oregano
Easy Directions:
- Heat oil on medium heat in a large soup pot; add onion, carrots, ham and stir often until onions are softened
- Add the rest of the ingredients plus 2 cups of water
- Bring to a boil and lower to low-medium heat for 15 minutes or until the carrots and macaroni are softened
- Serve with whole wheat rolls
