Sunshine Biscuits

You do not need to go far to find ingredients for the affordable homemade biscuits. 175 kcal, 3.4g fat, 8g sugar, 4.5 g protein, per serving.

Recipes Ingredients:
2 cups 100% whole wheat flour
1 cup quick oats
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons non-hydrogenated margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup orange juice
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 small can mandarin pieces, drained

Easy Directions:

  • Set Oven to 350 C
  • Mix first 5 ingredients into a large bowl
  • cut margarine into dry ingredients
  • Add all other ingredients and mix gently
  • Grease muffin tin with margarine
  • Scoop 2 tablespoons of batter into each muffin slot
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
